90-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your online order, but if anything is not as you expected, please feel free to return or exchange your item(s) by mail within 14 days of the received order. We will happily provide a refund for any unworn/unused product(s) in the original form of payment or exchange for a new color, size or style. We have the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that are damaged, missing or received after the 90-day period.

Return & Exchange Process
Only online purchases made from the CottonTreats website will be accepted for returns and/or exchanges. No returns or exchanges purchased from other retailers will be accepted.

Every package will include an invoice. Please enclose the original invoice along with the quantity and reason for return, and send the return package to the address provided below. Please allow up to 3-4 days for the refund to show on your billing statement once we receive the item(s). We highly recommend you send your delivery with a tracking number to ensure a safer delivery to CottonTreats. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges may take up to a week for a transaction to be completed, subject to the item(s) that is desired to be in stock. Otherwise, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Received
Please notify us immediately at customerservice@cottontreats if you have received the wrong item(s) or have received a defective item(s). Any defective item(s) that were different from the original invoice may be refunded or exchanged, subject to approval. We will provide a pre-paid return label and will re-send you the correct item(s) to complete your order appropriately once we receive the original item(s) at our warehouse.

Sale Items
All sales of CottonTreats Gift Cards and products listed as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

Gifts
Gift returns and exchanges are eligible for store credit for the original amount paid. The original invoice will be REQUIRED with the return package.
